Guided Ice Fishing Rates For Groups
Prices for guided ice fishing trips include: local transportation to and from your lodging (where applicable), use of portable thermal ice shelters, heaters, fish-finder electronics, rods and reels, tackle and bait, and the guide’s expertise and great attitude. Holes are drilled for you and transportation on and off of the ice is also included.
Gratuities to the guide are not included in the prices below.
Full Day Trips = up to 7 hours
10 people – $1430
11 – 24 people – Quoted per group.

Maximum Group Size is 24 people
Requests of specific lakes requires 4 person minimum.
Jeff and Lyle reserve the right to change the body of water, or to cancel a trip, if there are weather concerns or safety concerns regarding safe ice.
Reserve Your Trip
A deposit is required to hold your reservation for a guided ice fishing trip with Grand Rapids Guide Service.
- Deposit is $100 per person per day for up to 10 people
- Deposits vary for larger groups of 11 and up. Please contact us for the amount.
Deposits are refundable if more than 30 days cancellation notice is provided. If less than 30 days the deposit is nonrefundable.

- Then Pay your Deposit Online with credit card or debit card via PayPal.
Alternatively, you may also send check or money order deposit payable to: “Grand Rapids Guide Service” and mail it along with a filled-out and signed Reservation & Deposit Form to the address below.
Minnesota Fishing Licenses
A current Minnesota Fishing License can be obtained one of three ways:
Online by visiting the MN DNR Website;
by calling 1-888-MNLICEN(665-4236),
or you may purchase one at an area bait shop or convenience store.
The rate for a one day resident license is $12.00 or $14.00 for a one day non-resident license.
